This home was designed as a love letter to Scandinavian culture. Scandinavian interior design focuses on not being showy or excessive, prioritising simplicity and personal comfort. The design concept is guided by an overarching minimalistic style using textures that blend each other, paired with soft hues. These textures are often mixed with natural materials, mainly wood to create a visually appealing space that still maintains to be clutter-free.

Our client was an engineer who envisioned their dream home to be their sanctuary of comfort and cosiness, while not compromising on functionality. Clean lines and simple wooden furnishing were chosen to help ease one’s senses and relax after a long day at the office. Walls were painted with muted colours to contrast the furniture and fixtures making it simple but sleek.
